What to include in your message
You don't need to prepare anything formal. Just tell us:
- What your business does and how many people work there
- The process or task that's taking too much time
- Roughly how many hours a week it consumes
- Whether you've tried anything to fix it already
That's enough for us to come back with an honest view on whether AI is the right answer — and what a sensible first step would look like.
No sales pressure. If your process isn't a good candidate for AI — or if we're not the right fit — we'll say so in the first conversation. We'd rather give you an honest answer than a proposal that doesn't deliver.
Things people usually ask first
Do I need a technical background?
No. We explain everything in plain English and won't assume any technical knowledge. If we use a term you don't recognise, ask us — we'll rephrase until it's clear.
What's a realistic timeline?
An Audit takes about a week. An Automation Sprint takes 4–6 weeks from a clear brief to a working system in your hands. Larger projects are scoped individually, but we'll give you a realistic timeline before we start.
What if something goes wrong after handover?
Every project includes 30 days of support after handover. Beyond that, we offer support arrangements — or we'll make sure you have the documentation and understanding to manage it yourselves. We don't build things and disappear.
How do you handle our data?
Carefully. We build on AWS, which means your data stays within the AWS infrastructure and the geographic regions you choose. We'll talk through data handling in the first conversation, and we put it clearly in writing before any work starts.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Usually, yes. Most of the systems we build sit alongside existing tools rather than replacing them — they read emails, pull from shared drives, push to spreadsheets, and so on. We'll tell you early on if something isn't compatible.
Is this only for larger SMEs?
We typically work with businesses from around 10 to 250 people. Smaller teams can benefit just as much — fixed-price entry means the investment is predictable regardless of your size. If you're not sure whether we're a fit, just ask.
