Accountancy firm reclaimed 15 hours a week from document handling

A 35-person accountancy firm was spending around 4 hours every working day handling client document requests — chasing emails, pulling files from their document management system, and drafting replies. The work was straightforward but time-consuming, and it fell to senior account managers who could have been doing billable work instead.

We built an AI system that monitors the firm's inbox, reads each incoming client email, categorises the request, retrieves the relevant documents, and drafts a response for the account manager to review before sending. The system integrates directly with their existing email and document management tools — nothing was replaced, nothing was disrupted.

It went into production in five weeks. The account managers now spend around 20 minutes a day reviewing and approving AI-drafted responses, rather than 4 hours composing them from scratch.

Weekly reporting and exception alerting — case study in preparation

A distribution business running weekly manual reporting across multiple depots, with no automated alerting when numbers went out of range. We're preparing a full write-up — check back shortly, or talk to us if you have a similar workflow.

Multi-process automation for a regulated financial services firm — publishing soon

A larger build currently in the sign-off process. We'll publish this case study in full once the client confirms. If you're in financial services and want to talk through what AI can do safely in a regulated environment, get in touch.

What makes the difference

Any firm can put "AI" in their pitch deck. Here's what separates a system that runs in production from one that doesn't.

AWS Advanced Partner

Third-party-validated engineering credibility. Not self-assertion. Every system we build runs on AWS and meets production-grade standards for reliability, security, and data handling.

Fixed price

You know the number before we start. The number doesn't change unless the scope changes — and scope can only change with your sign-off. No open-ended billing surprises.

Founder-led

You work with Brendan, not a team of juniors on a billing sheet. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it — and the person you call when you have a question.

Ships to production

Every system we've built is running in a real business today. Not a proof of concept. Not a pilot that never scaled. Working automation your team can actually use.
